The theme of this year’s Palette of Colors gala is “A Taste of Barcelona.” Barcelona is a city of historical and cultural significance. Its 1.6 million residents also enjoy some unique, world-class dining options.
Catalans enjoy a wide variety of fresh seafood, dried meats, and high quality produce. Often this food is served as tapas, or “small bites”, giving you the opportunity to try several different items with your drink of choice.
Does that sound like your kind of food? There’s good news! No need to book an airline ticket and sit in a cabin for 10 hours. You can join us for your own Taste of Barcelona on June 10th!
This year we’re thrilled to have Alex Peyton Events catering our gala. Alex Peyton Events was founded by our board member, Darren Moll. The name was inspired by the names of his two children, “Alex” and “Peyton”.
Darren has a deep expertise in hospitality. His experience spans the world in 5 star, luxury environments. He’s conceived and founded several successful restaurants and hospitality businesses. On top of that, he manages to participate in and contribute to several charitable organizations!
Let’s help Darren’s team with some inspiration.
