Digging Deeper Live Zoom Workshop

This is an advanced workshop; we recommend that you participate in one of our beginners’ workshops prior to taking this workshop such as “Expressing Feelings with Color”, “Painting My Story”, or “Color and Play”
This advanced workshop is designed to go deeper with Art4Healing.

Our 2-hour live online workshops teach you how to express yourself with color, using the
Zagon Method of Art4Healing®. Participants will process their feelings on canvas while
learning about color, composition, and other elements of art. (No previous art experience is necessary)

What can I expect at an Art4Healing® Live Workshop?

An Art4Healing® live online workshop allows participants to get in touch with inner feelings that many times words cannot express. A facilitator leads participants through a series of prompts as they respond by painting abstractly with acrylic colors on canvas.

The method helps participants express their feelings in a safe way by associating a color with a feeling. Each participant creates three unique paintings by the end of a workshop.
