This 2-hour workshop is designed to encourage participants to utilize the Art4Healing® method to give pain a voice using abstract colors on canvas. You will be encouraged to create abstractly using color and acrylic painting as the vehicle for expression. (NO PREVIOUS ART EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!)

An Art4Healing® live online workshop allows participants to get in touch with inner feelings that many times words cannot express. A facilitator leads participants through a series of prompts as they respond by painting abstractly with acrylic colors on canvas.
The method helps participants express their feelings in a safe way by associating a color with a feeling. Each participant creates three unique paintings by the end of a workshop.
